If taking over the restaurant is a little large for your requirements, head chef Robin Gill’s menus are also available in the private dining room within the Royal Exchange. This stunning room overlooks the courtyard of the Royal Exchange and can accommodate up to 26 guests for a seated breakfast, lunch or dinner, or up to 50 guests for a standing reception.
